not being able to post percent signs is also ridiculous. what's the point?

also, i'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but when i try to use certain aspects of the forums (such as the minimization buttons to cut down fields) i get a 400 bad request error, and cannot get back onto the forums. i had to clear my cache and cookies to be able to get back on, and now a lot of images have stopped loading and are replaced by hover-text
