rclog.txt not logging Client-RC correctly

I brought this up with Skyld, earlier, and he suggested I post it on the forums:

I thought I should bring up to you that the Client RC doesn't log properly in rclog.txt :s I dont know why I even tried it, but I was like "Hmm, wonder if it shows what I change if I set flags", and I set mine, and when I checked RC Log, it was like "TSAdmin changes (the active) TSAdmin" but didnt say what I changed :s Which could be easily abused, if certain people I'm not fond of having attributes rights figured it out.

*cough* Is there an echo in here o.o? Must be due to the lack of responses! :o Has this happened for any other people/servers?
