VIP Hosting?

Dunno if its the right forum, but my VIP webhosting wont work. Its unable to connect. Password works on the vip.graal.net homepage :/

Im guessing your trying to connect through an FTP program?

What error shows up in the logs for whatever your using to connect?

No error, its just looking up for my hostname for like 10 minutes and then says its unable to connect

Edit: Well I guess thats like an error >.> stupid me.

It may be possible that you have a Firewall on that is blocking the connection. Disable it, then try to connect. What FTP program are you using?

FileZilla, roxx like hell. The firewall is not the problem, I enabled the transfer for FileZilla.

Hmm, it works for me, although it's a bit slow @ looking up the hostname. How long did you actually wait?
Anyone else who can't connect at all?

Dreamweaver tries for a while. At one stage I connected but that was only when i tested my connection. It took forever but then said success. When i tried to reconnect it failed.

Same here, takes about a full minute for me to connect.
