Script Request (NOt sure if in right spot)

I dont know if I missed it on here but just to start out I need a Basic staff System for a UC server that has a tag system for the Manager (Me) to add staff to the Staff Guilds Such as (LAT, GAT, NAT, Manager, Co Manager, Admin, GFX Admin, ETC, ETC) and also like Block, Summon, etc etc...something very easy and basic.

explaining the last post:

A common mistake by new playerworld owners is shifting their efforts at the beginning to making staff systems and hiring player relations/gps. This does not help progress the server, and a server is worthless with just staff tools. They should not need to be developed until release/slightly before release.
