How do i get images in my levels?

Like ones that are not in the tile set. Such as animated water the watter falls in the un tc main building back room. Also the animated steam. Animated lava falls and animated lava.

You might benefit from some of the tutorials that come with Graal. I don't remember what all there are, but look at the text files in your Graal folder, and see what is there, you might find some of what you are looking for.
Also, alot of times if you do a search on the forums, a thread might have the answer you need.

Well, there are 2 text files that might help with npc's such as:

commands.rtf
npcprograming.doc

and I am sure you can find threads on these forums that will answer some of your questions.
