RC Error

I get this error every time I try to download/open a level file from RC.

"Couldn't find library MSVCR80.dll
Please ensure that it is installed"

I've tried reinstalling RC, Level Editor, uninstalling, reinstalling, updating, etc...

Install the Visual C++ 2005 Runtimes:

Still doesn't work. I've downloaded the runtime, but I had it on my computer already.

I also downloaded the DLL to my graal folder, didn't work.

Also put it into my system32 folder (wasn't in there beforehand) but still doesn't work.

I now have the same error, but also another error telling me I don't have the runtimes, when i do.

Thanks, but i'm still having the errors

Anyone have any ideas? I read through the sticky and tried all of them (except windows defender, can't uninstall it on Vista)
