What do you think a manger should do? I know this can vary from server to server so please stick to the basic should and should nots. What constitutes as a good manager or a bad manager? Do good managers always do that much more than bad managers, or do they do even less? What makes you like a manager?
How much should a manager delegate their powers and responsibilities?
I just thought it would be interesting what everyone thinks makes a good or bad manager!
