Gelat payment is confusing, please revert it back.

The system of paying for accounts with "Gelat" is confusing, and has really put people off subscribing.

I often talk to people on trial accounts and new players, and the general consensus is that if the system was like every other game payment system out there, they'd probably upgrade. There is nothing wrong with regular cash payment systems really, and this current system is just confusing (and pushing) people away, rather than encouraging upgrades through some form of simplicity.

Do away with it please, it's doing more harm than good.

Yes, for gelats.

There should be an explanation of some sort of what Gelats are/do, and there should be an option of how to upgrade.

Are you shy, squiggly line?
Why only when I ignore you, do you return to the center of my eye?
Oh, squiggly line, it's alright, you are forgiven.

Gelats in itself are not bad, the only bad part about them is that you require them for upgrading your subscription. It should work like this:
  • Able to directly upgrade your account from the website like previously.
  • Able to purchase gelats from the website, mainly for in-game items and cards.
  • Able to use your gelats for subscription (like now) if you have any to spare.

I have not purchased any Gelats yet, but rather than buying gold directly I will be trying it when I (soon) have to upgrade.

It seems like a more convenient choice to me.

It's more convenient as it allows you to "pause" your subscription, and you don't have to use all your gelats, and can use them for other stuff.

The main problem is that new players don't understand this, and it confuses them.

Yea, but I'm sure there are other things which they also must learn that may confuse them. Some things just have to be learned - I think it has a lot of potential... even if (like most things on cyberjoueurs produce) it is not utilized properly.
