Ok! What specifies as running here is what I think we can modify this so they can have a better definiton of running in the next events. I'll try to retain from examples.
Running: Backing away continually from the opposing player in a large area continually. If you have a faster class and back away from a slower class and reach farther than the length of a chaingun shot or the length of the screen then you are at the maximum limitation and any further backing away without the oppposing forces movement towards you could be considered running. Dodging in and out is not considered to be running but make sure not to do it continually while also moving backward otherwise that may qualify for your actions to be taken under the hosting ET's decision. Running can also be considered backing away from poisoned enemies by a considerable amount of room. If the enemy heals then you are free to move back to the maximum lenght. Under no reason should you
ever turn from an enemy and head in the other direction without attacking. If you are at the very edge of the radar and your enemy is on the polar opposite side or near far angle from your current position then you could be taken into qualification for your actions to be considered by the hosting ET.
Please note that
all decisions eventually are the hosting ET's decision. but I hope this can help to clarify future issues and consider a revising of running to be quite auspicious.

also at this point the poison part is really only debatable since the rest is jsut further specifactions that the circumstances required be made.
