I can't decide how I want Conflict...

Choose which one you'd prefer to play

• Jobs
  ----Leveling up jobs [statistics are random, can change job at any time, jobs have different levels]
• Statistics
  ----One main level, jobs have different levels and the statistics are what you choose [can increase str + 2, or dex + 1 etc]

or if you have any other ideas feel free

Stats idea has always been better IMO. I kind of have a different idea you could go with very similar to stats, but i'll be talking to you soon, i'll just bring it up then.

If the characters are supposed to be somewhat permanent, rolling random stats will just make people scum for powerful combinations.
