Mac PM Notification and Closing

On Windows, if you close Graal it can stay in the task bar ... the same thing should be available for Mac. This works for applications like iTunes, Mail, etc so that you don't have to keep the window open.

On Graal, when you hit the X button, it should go to the dock (like most other applications do) and use CMD + Q to quit it, right click the dock and quit, or in go to Graal -> Quit in the top left.

AND

Graal should have PM notification on Mac. This could be done much the way it is on the Mail application. Graal could also "bounce" when you receive a new PM, like how iChat and other applications do when they need attention.

Imagine something like that on the Graal icon in the dock.

I like this idea.
Graal never felt like much of a Mac program. It has a very (no offense) cheap, Windows feel about it. When a Windows program is ported to the Mac, without applying certain Mac aesthetics, it seems to look cheap. Without things like the lack of Mac keyboard support, minimizing, and other features described here, it doesn't feel like a Mac app.
Maybe it could even have support for Growl notifications?
Im not sure what it was coded in on the Mac, but if it was Objective C and Cocoa, it should be relatively easy to add more Mac-like features, no?
Then again, it also shouldn't be too hard to make a Mac level editor

Eh, I've been hearing about this 'next version' for months, any chance you could post a list (in sticky topic) of all the changes you've made in it?

Sweet! I can't wait to see it (sure you don't need another bug tester? ).

What did the old one use?
