NPCServer: guild commands

I ran into a problem not too long ago:
the commands "addguildmember" and such do not allow periods to be passed into the guild name, which annoyed me as a few guilds on Delteria used periods in there name and were unable to add/remove tags themself using our guild commands.

What is the exact guild name you want to use?

The guild that discovered the problem was called "A.D." so to test it i made variations of names, like "Te.st" and "T.est" and anything that i put a period in failed to create/add or even log.
