It's so we can discuss new races I guess.

Voltanians, Energy beings from the planet Voltaria. They can pass through walls, but not force fields. They fire short bursts of energy blasts that quickly dissapate. They require high voltage to regenerate. Only other energy weapons can hurt them. They live in the ionisphere.

But considering most PWs dont have races, and I think this was for 2001, was it? Well either way its not for a specific project so ideas dont get made?

On the contrary, This forum was most used for Classics Races. ALthough the forum would apply for anybody who is trying to workout details and problems with re-scripted players or races.
