free gif animator

hello guys i have a question about making gifs.
i tried several animators but i had always the same problem. 1. i couldn´t add transparency or 2. when i where able to make it it allways flashed.
do you guys have any good gif animator for free that can do all that stuff without fails? the only best i had was gimp but that also doesnt want to work well and an other one which i dont have anymore since it was on my old pc and that broke down

i have tried it now but it also has the flashing in graal

You need to trans each frame individually.

I use unfreez personally. It's a pretty simple program.

Make the GIF in Pixen, compress in Photoshop
