Finally, account got activated, so..here are my "suggestions"

I know a lot of this may have been brought up before, and if you dont like it, then let the thread sink

o Items should be able to be stored on ships.

o /peaceful should not be on kingdom islands, anyone on a kingdom island should be able to hit anyone else, including other kingdom members, for role play purposes this would be most accurate. and no, ive heard that it should only apply to people wearing their tags, which would end up beig just like /peaceful only with kingdom tags, people would walk around without their tags till they want to fight, then when almost loosing a battle, taking the tag off again, ect ect, you see what i mean.

o Pets, should not take so much to tame, Not to mention i tamed one for over an hour, got to 73% and im not sure why maybe cuz i accidently hit it while trying to kill a shell bommy,, but now it hates me at 0 percent, ((of course i brutaly beat it sensless after the fact and put it down considerably verbally))

o Pets should be able to wear armour, but not wear weapons

o Houses should be able to be destroyed, but not by people, by weather effects , and it should take about a month at least for a house to fall down, ect ect, and houses should have to be maintained..monthly of course.

o If people have the ability to destroy houses it should take a long while.

o I Belive Everyone should have the ability to land on kingdom islands and destroy things, Even if its an annoying *cough*gohan07*cough* who just wants attention, they should still have the right,(however this shouldnt be a right till /peaceful is disabled), but anyway....

o kingdoms should have some sort of way to protect themselves while no one is there:
1) Arrow towers, Towers that soemhow just shoot arrows at peopel passing, the towers can be destroyed rather easily, cost a lot to make per tower, and arrows must be refilled, ect ect and can be planted all over the coasts of kingdom islands or something
2) Cannon towers, ect ect, whatever other kidn of tower you can think of
3) Land mines, land mines that can also hurt careless members of your own kingdom
4) Animals such as guard dogs, ect ect


o Somewhere down the line, people should have vehicles of soem sort (weather it be animals or airships, ect) that are perminently theirs, however must be fueled once in a while (food, gas, fire, coal, whatever)

o Transport ships, that dont take as much to build as the normal ship, and have no cannons, used souly for transportation, and can be destroyed rather quickly

o More intense battle ships, with twice or 3 times as many cannons, and costing up to 100 lumber

o More docks on kingdom islands for navy's (yes almost every kingdom has a navy and not enough places to dock)

o Trading posts where trades can be made safely

o *cough* more realistic lookign pets *cough*

o More events using the karts =P

o No goofy faces and goofy things like 2001 had, but more faces and more things...

o keep away from the goofyness of 2001 (please)

o Make a monk class, not just a karate skill that stinks very badly, and make monk class be able to do odd things such as lower the attack rate of enemies and such..

o Get rid of the kingdom selection in the beginning of the game, seeing as it really means nothing, and make a clothes shop

o And break away from the sethead, and setsword, setshiled, ect crappy, Make head and body parts selected at character creation, including heads and clothes to be changed at clothing places... (of course make sure we have more heads first.. =P

..thats about it..just suggestions...

Monk class....hmmm worshiping fighters....how about being a priest and getting a karate scroll?

A priest that uses flaming aura or has a sword that lowers your stats is hardly a monk as far as anyone is concerned..just so ya know O_O

So you want Stefan to make a class very simular but not exactly to a monk?

A sorceror with cheap starting spells and a funyn bleu hat is hardly a necromancer, but you don't see me asking for a necromancer class do you?

Think about it, what are monks? Physically tough priests! So, you get a priest, and you make him strong by gainign levels or using scrolls. And the karate scroll doesn't even work yet, so don;t say it sucks.

Yes it does. You say /use_skill karate.
Unequip your weapon and the damage you do with your hands will be higher. That's how it works.

yes, it works and it sucks, however this is not a discussion on "the monk" so knock it off. Forums like to pi$$ you off sometimes dont they. :o

and necromancy is a type of sorcess specialty and should not be a class of its own (everyone knows that, cept for diablo II freaks)

exactly, especially when they bring up dumb points that dont make any sense like seperating the necromancy course of a sorcrerors study into a sepearat character, or making a monky with magic priests powers, (everyone knows necromancers are sorcerors, and monks dont use magic like a priest)

I was being sarcastic. As well simple solutions to monks havign no magic: 1. Believe that in the Graal world they do or 2. Simply don't use magic.

But argueing won't get us anywhere, so i will ask you in the form of a question.

What kind of stat differences would you give a monka nd what special things that a priest doesnt' have would you give to a monk?

simply starting them off with havign twice as much attack as any other bare hand fighter (without a damned scroll)

And the ability to attack twice in a row using MP or grace or whatever. and the ability to kick multiple enmies at once, ect ect. all martial arts skills and magic, no flaming crap, ect ect

although, again this isnt a discussion about monks, i seem to have listend at least 5 other things there besides adding a monk class

Well...... I think items should be able to be dropped on ships. Not quite the same thing. As far as storing items, since boats are so easily destroyed, and eventually sink, and as far as I can tell you can't reconnect on a boat, storing items on a ship would be rather...... dumb. You have a point about this, but since people are SUPPOSED to be role-playing when wearing kingdom tags, this is sort of a no-no which should be enforced by kings. The advantage to the tag idea is that you can easily have kingdom battles on mainmap and startingisland as well as on kingdom islands.

well not entirly...theres only a small recreation island in the whole entire 2002 wolrd =P, heh..um...maybe they can change them into horse races or something one day to make them more releveant to the apparent time period.. O_o

Yes I actually agree with that.

Horses are just as fun as karts. And then you could also have jousting tournuments.
