I'm confused as to why this thread title contains the word "Global" when this is a rule that applies to servers on the PlayerWorlds Tab.
Global would imply that it is relevant to all servers irrespective of their status.

Does this also mean that an accounts reset is PWA's jurisdiction, or just that they have to be notified beforehand?
