I get that this is a newly created account, but the problem stems back to an older account where warning of which was very vague and still occurred a significant amount of time after the account was compromised. Before the phishing outbreak I had unknowingly communicated information regarding Classic to the culprit only to then be told they had gained access to it months before.
On a slightly related note the previous compromised account is also still listed within your forum profile:
(though I understand you recently had access returned to it?)
It might be worth creating a protocol and informing the public of it, perhaps something on the lines of:
