I think you should go back to the standard 4 gang system and have the leaders selected by a lottery and not have staff select the leaders and you can create the lottery with a script and how its going to work...Not make it so the best pker is the leader or the worst...Or you can have era vote who the leaders are. Or you can make it so the leaders and ranks are decided by things such as Loyalty, Activity skill and what you put up on a weekly basis....So if you are loyal and get points but not active you would be such and such rank...and if you're the leader and don't perform you can be deranked by the script.
