I think if we're adding new instances it should be made so everyone can enjoy them. Easy mode and hard mode maybe?

Also RoWs really need to drop from some sort of dungeon. Imo they are the key items to be able to compete in both pvp and pve. Same goes for RoE even if they play as big of a role in a mage set.

And @nico ctf would be awesome


Edit: if people are stingy about rows dropping we could probably design a new ring in a tier between ros and row. 3 str 3dex 1 or 2 con and a bit harsher resistance penalties
