Just a hunch but go to your Graal folder and delete everything in "maps" that starts with "g2k2xmas2011dungeon". A side effect of spawning thousands of maps is that it filled up these folders and can cause Graal to take a long time to start—I had 11,000 maps in there earlier today when I noticed. |
