i used to not spar much and street pk most of the time yrs ago but now u solo 4 kids and get them to 20hp and theyll run like pussies, the only chance u have at getting kills at the beach now (unless u like to chase ppl for ages) is by using flak cannon or surprising enemies at relatively high hp with neo-rifle
that's y only noobs street pk nowadays (if u notice, it's all the ppl that r always too afraid to spar)
