The development team should be evenly divided into projects, like they were doing before. Apparently it's still going on if an LAT made a thread to take in suggestions for new content. That's how it should work. Not only will more work get done, but more players will get what they want and be occupied.

now i see y u terribly failed as manager, u dont realise that era's past success was always correlated to gang activity
raids rnt the only thing u can do on era but events get boring and so duz sparring..street fighting is dead since running is normal now and party raiding is unfortunately also dead
there r not many ppl who play era and don't pk so it's very important to prioritise tasks
in 4months or more you didn't even manage to open a gang shop, fix the bases or have gang events, yet ur still here posting? looks like ur pretty angry to me =/
