I've debugged the hell out of this and ended up with some very weird results.

Copying GraalEditor(and the necessary files) into a new folder and running it allows the sound to work fine.

Also, renaming GraalEditor to Graaleditor2 and running it from within the Graal folder(meaning the only thing that was changed was the filename) also allows sound to work perfectly fine.

Whatever is causing this has specifically to do with Graaleditor.exe and the specific path of it. It doesn't have to do with config, or missing files, but simply that Program Files/Graal/Graaleditor.exe = no sound and Program Files/Graal/Graaleditor2.exe = sound. I have no ****ing clue what is going on O.o
