Bumping this because I would really like to see an in-game Guild Control Panel, and for the Global Guilds to be extensible enough that servers like Era could use them instead of their own scripted tag system.

Global Guilds should really be global guilds. Joining and running guilds, and all of the diplomacy that came with it used to be a big part of this game.
