It was just an example. New players being able to communicate with staff members in general
without restriction seems like common sense to me. It could be for any number of reasons, but I know if I was a new player and wanted to ask someone a question but couldn't, I would just log off.
Making trials wait 60 seconds to get help from staff is just terrible customer service (or potential-customer service =p).
