i'm on a budget of $100,000. I was asking around in game, but never got a straight answer. I'm looking for a gun that is pretty fast. I was looking at the SMGpk and other guns similar to it, so the ideal speed is around there. It also has to have a low freeze rate for easy mobility, and cannot be below 20 damage.

Based off this post, i'd say Sten is the best gun for you. You can get one for 60-100k.
