Just thought I'd bump this thread because it has started happening again. My inbox is getting bombarded by the emails, and my PCID changes after every restart.
This time I'm on Win7 Pro 64bit. It seems to have started happening when I got a couple new video cards (Although I've also made hardware changes prior to that) |
