I have
never seen you in game before. When I couldn't access the forums, and with the lack of the support center, I had no way to contact any PWAs, with the exception of Bell, who I just so happened to know how to get in touch with.
Seriously, if you think people should automatically know how to reach you in game, you're an idiot. And it's not as easy to get in touch with you guys out of game as you seem to think.
