The old accounts weren't designed with the ability to change a name to begin with, only the Graal##### accounts are. Changing its community name is in essence making a whole new account. A few people have decided that this is unfair but if you look at it another way. You aren't stuck with a Graal##### name attached to your account for the rest of your Graalian life.
