The actual detailing and shaping of the head takes up so much room that there is no space left for the face(hence why smilies usually consist of just a circle with an emotion in it). And I don't think it's worth the smilies offsetting text for the sake of having a noob head as a smily. Oh, and how can you have a noob head when every head is a noob head?
