it's time current staff acts as a mentor and teach the people who are willing to help an hand to make the best out of this server.
If we don't unite we'll die. It's as simple as that. The first idea is to gather a small team that are willing to learn the basics. A team that that has common knowledge. And last the team of superiors who watch over the tasks.
Then we will need ideas for the server to be made. |
