You could try closing all unnecessary processes. For instance, I doubt you need iPodService.exe/iTunesHelper.exe running when you don't have your iPod plugged in. I've also had problems running Graal when having Rainmeter open.
@Deas_Voice: That's an extremely high memory use level. That's about the same level that the Sims 2 uses on high quality game settings.
I don't know what to say about that.
