I love your idea but please don't get me wrong you also have to think of lag. Spawning that much at one time will severely lag zone. You should rename it Musical Bikes tho. I think it would be fun but what you should also do is have it designed so a barrier holds all the participants back until the ET says /start. Then when two are eliminated the et will have to have a new command like for example /pause that will take the remainder of the contestants behind the barrier(s) again.

Something like /pause and then the ET would have to say something like /removebike 2 and two bikes will be taken away.

when at the final two he/she would do /pause then do /removebike1 then /start.

Note: /pause neccessarily isn't a command word that would be used but was an example.
