Can't Log on

I'm on a new computer and I have the computer ID protection thing. The e-mail to verify my permission has never been sent. It's been 4 days which means it's broken (somebody also verified this for me). I'm tired of waiting for my support ticket to be read. Anyone ever have this problem or resolve it on their own? |
