60 second PM's to staff
|
As being FAQ on Graal Kingdoms I've noticed that it's hard for users with trial accounts to communicate with me because they can only send 1 PM every 60 seconds making it harder for me to give them the same level as support as a gold user. Because staff members are here to support the community of a server the 60 second rule should be removed when PMing staff members. |
