Which comes to the conculsion of development team being lazy. All I see them coming out with this over powered weapons, and under powered weapons. Bunker died out because they can't find a way to kill Iricia, or atleast stop base laming.
How many times has a weapon came that is too over powered/under powered while this staff team has been active?
How many of the good ideas to stop base laming has been tried?
My guess is none.
