Rufus has had his questioned answered two or three times. This thread did not belong in the Zone section when he began to show that the point of his thread was to point out the lack of moderation in other sections of the forums.
And I don't have more powers then I should, I have powers neccessary for doing my job quickly :S.

No, but that fact that it has 5 doesn't effect other areas of the forums, anybit what-so-ever. Personally I don't see the point in having to Forum PM Dan or Darlene for something as simple as sticking important Zone information.
