Can either of you please explain to me how "Vulcan never moderates anything really lol." justifies the need for five moderators? What about the administrators, why aren't they moderating the forum by themselves, after all it's a tiny area of the forum and doesn't exactly take a huge amount of effort to spot "bad" posts? How about the stickying of events, I mean how does that even make sense when you've just posted some rules and stuck them up? I see no problem with Supernanny he does a good job, but again why is there a need for five moderators of this forum section?
It's not as though it's supplying to meet a demand, and that is what seems to be the logic in it. Supplying to meet a demand, where as other forums are neglected for no reason.
