I disagree. Acting passively could be passed off as good intentions, but it's just laziness. Should players have a reason to complain? Not really no. "BUT THIS IS GRAAL!" I hear you cry, but that's no excuse at all; I don't play other games and feel the need to spam their support center with complaints. This is an issue that actually does needs addressing by the PWA. Sitting back and watching managers -apparently- dig themselves into holes is not helping anyone, but neither is smothering them.

I disagree with this too. Era players' server visiting habits are not really linked to staff experience at all. I played Classic BY ITSELF for years, does that mean I have no real chance of developing something of quality? I've been on Era quite a few times, and not everyone is a "pool of gangsters" and your "finding a quality developer" statement isn't native to Era and you are well aware of that.
