Err even it's the owners/admin fault or whatever for being rude/ignorant/childish i don't think a PWA should really try and implement such force like putting someone on probation w/o consent of stefan/unixmad remember even thought people tend to argue about stupid stuff... Higher personals should step in, it's what happen in the past and i don't think it should change now... There's they says

If no one wanted houndin man doing developements in the first place contact stefan and let him know the issue don't go making arguments which has lead you to what has happen today.. Yes PWA has rights to give you a warning..ect but to put something in full effect needs to be decided by stefan... |
