As in real life, all new bank accounts should get a 10-12 digits account number (and not restricted to one bank account per player), as well as a
RANDOM PIN (you are not allowed to chose your PIN code irl, at least not in banks around here) assigned to it.
So when you open the ATM, you'll get to click on one of your
saved bank accounts, then type in the PIN code, and finally after that get to withdraw/deposit etc. money.
