There's a difference between uploading copyrighted material without consent, and uploading copyrighted material that either you own (most likely intellectual property, rather than government-issued copyright), or that you have permission from the copyright holder to use on the server. Graal's copyright policy doesn't override, however, the original copyright holder's license. Not that this has been said by Unixmad, but I know this because a copyright doesn't transfer from one entity to another, just because that other entity said it does.

MP3s shouldn't be uploaded to a server, anyways. Use an off-site host.
