I perceive that the problem is that he's tried getting webmasters - they don't have Enough to do to keep themselves busy 40 hours a week, so they wander off (or get fired for not doing anything?)
Maybe we need a webmaster that does other websites? A part time webmaster? A one-day-a-week webmaster? |
