Problem simlified: Whenever an account is added to the server options under "staff=" their ip/pcid gets auto assigned so they can logon rc..
*.*.*.* is the default IP adress that everyone has on any server that wasn't changed for them.
If you don't want them on RC, change it to something totally random.
