Ignore/Mute

Right now I'm using the ingame playerlist. I've put several people on ignore and I still get PMs from them. What's the point of my ignore list if it doesn't work?
Does the mute in a person's profile work? It doesn't work for me and I would be so grateful if someone could get it to work. |
