Vulcan's right, but if I think you mean what I'm reading, then yes: VIP/Gold didn't restrict
what playerworlds you could log onto, and this includes the UC servers (not displayed, and must be typed into the "Servername" field at login) but those subscription types did have a time limit on them, and once they had run out, you could no longer get back onto those servers without adding time to that subscription type.
"Lifetime Classic" was buyable, and is carried on with those who originally had it
before (I just want to highlight that 'before' so people don't confuse this) the subscription types change, so if you have that, still, you will never lose access to servers such as Zodiac, Era, Classic and so forth.
Basically: There was nothing that gave you Lifetime (unrestricted by time) access to Gold/UC servers, while the VIP/Gold subscription gave you unlimited (but restricted to a time limit) access to all servers hosted by GraalOnline - excepting servers where staff had set their server to "Staff Only".
