Not every staff member has access to the Billing department of the Support Center. For example, Forum Staff have access to forum tickets and PWA have access to PW tickets. Just because a ticket in one department was answered doesn't mean a ticket in Billing has been ignored. Unixmad is the one who handles the billing issues and from what I understand, he's been busy lately. The issue should be taken care of in due time.
Additionally, if you don't feel that Graal's Billing Support is adequate, you can still dispute payments with your bank and/or PayPal. |
