I saw this before Fayt ;D I really liked it, but now that I've looked at lots of critique on other pieces, I have several crits for you.
First thing, reduce the color count. If I were you, I would really keep that on pixel level.
Second, fix the pillow shading and the eye. Thats a pretty big minus right now.
And, last but not least, get some texture on the wings and the body of the dragon. Currently, hes rather flat. You tried to apply light, go apply texture.
