I'm 99% sure it would work on any phone able to send text messages. If it's a refill card though, make sure you got enough money on it before trying to send the message

Great, because I'm telling ya, it is NOT working at the moment. It's like the number is invalid, because I got the same result by just typing a random 5 digit SMS payment system. (thank god I didn't accidentally find a valid number and pay for something by mistake..)
