Receiving pms in minimized mode

I noticed on Rudora that my graal client only received pms when I maximised it from the taskbar. Not sure if it is a bug or not but I reckon the client should continue receiving and alerting you (flashing bubble) whenever you receive a pm whilst the client is minimised to task bar.
